It does not have a Velcro on top, it rides down when my child sits on it. We have the nuna swiv.

Love the design but it does not stay up on the stroller so it alides down and touches my childs head.

Fits my Nuna Tavo, which I got second hand for the mesh backing but and it lacked the liner for cooler months. This fits perfectly and color is perfect for my grey and black stroller. Baby seems to like the cozy feel as well. I would order again.
