Refund policy

Returns for Online Customers
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding Sale Items, Wallpaper and Gift Cards. All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

 In order to begin the return process, please use the pre-paid return label included with your initial package and follow the instructions on your packing list.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in it's original product packaging and unused condition your credit card will be issued a refund (less shipping and handling). You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.
