Our Exchange and Return Policy

Return Policy

We will happily accept returns and exchanges, for free, within 30 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Furniture.  All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees). 

Sale Items and Furniture are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return. 

Swim wear - Returns and exchanges will be accepted on swimwear bottoms only if the hygienic protection is still attached.

Sets - All Clothing Sets, On The Go Sets, Storage Sets and Gift Sets must be returned together and individual items within a set cannot be returned or exchanged on their own. 

Custom Bundles - All Pehr Your Own custom bundles are exchange only.

Gift With Purchase - Any gifts with purchase received are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for another item or different color or print.

In order to begin the return process, please use the pre-paid return label included with your initial package and follow the instructions on your packing list.

Once the warehouse has processed the return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued (less shipping and handling). Please allow 3-5 business days processing by your financial institution.

Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges! You can exchange your new, unworn items if you need a new size or color through our returns and exchanges portal. Exchanges may be placed within 30 days of the order date.

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return, you can do so within 30 days of the shipping date, and will receive a merchandise credit on a digital gift card. Please email customercare@pehr.com with your request, prior to returning the item.
