I love this bag so much! It’s super cute while also being very functional. There are a bunch of built-in pockets inside which helps keep things organized and easy to get to. There is also one hidden pocket on the outside that can hold your cellphone or wallet. I brought this on the plane with me while traveling to Europe with my 3 month old and I was amazed at the amount of items I could fit into it. The only negative is that it can’t stand upright on its own, but that’s just due to the type of material it’s made out of. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this bag! I had been lusting over it for a while and finally got it. It’s spacious, tons of pockets and I constantly get compliments on it.
I am okay with the bag, I thought it was going to be a little lighter but its heavy. The straps are okay, they do not loosen up when I am wearing it. I don't have that issue.

Love it, but the weight was unexpectedly heavy. I think a bit too heavy for a mom already toting a bunch of newborn items. I’m keeping it because it’s beautiful and I love the backpack feature and the compartments.

I had some concerns about the acrylic coating. When purchasing I was unable to find any info on the site but the bag came with labels on it stating it was coated with acrylic. I reached out to customer service with my concerns about it especially when the bag is labeled only as organic cotton. They reached back out to me and were kind and informative- sharing more about the coatings and safety standards.

I agree with the other reviews that this bag is heavy and could use structure to hold it open when you're looking for your keys or waterbottle. I wish the inside was not lined with denim, but with a very lightweight material that was less floppy. I have not had trouble with the straps slipping. I also wish it had a key leash. None of the pockets hold my 40 oz. Brumate waterbottle properly.
