Reporting to the VP, Brand & Marketing, the Junior Designer will play a pivotal role in getting people to notice and love the Pehr brand and drive impactful business results. You'll be working with both designers and marketers to implement design ideas and render them into functional and motivating consumer communications across all platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Bring the brand to life across various marketing assets both traditional and digital, including digital, web and mobile marketing
• Provide support and creativity to E-mail designs and aid in setting up, linking, copy writing and sending e-mails through our email platform, Klaviyo.
• Edit and resize product photography as needed for Pehr’s E-commerce and Wholesale websites
• Provide design support on print materials including our seasonal E-comm booklet inserts and Wholesale catalogues
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, test, and implement creative designs across multiple platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), preparing files as required (traditional & web); slicing/resizing images
• Proficient in Canva
• Retouching experience, a bonus
• Self-motivated, meticulous and detail oriented under tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
